GPU-Z might help, you can check by the clock speeds etc. to see what you have, if it doesn't already tell you. You can probably also see what it is by the bios version in GPU-Z.

I see, I'm guessing they re-branded the 7950 and perhaps altered a few things with it and named it the 280 lol. From that I'm assuming that all the 270/280/290 cards probably show up as just 200 series and likely have Device ID's that are the same as other cards they have made.
