How would you prioritize these tickets in the correct order for you to solve them? Also why this specific order? Your help is greatly appreciated. I sorted them out to my own experience, but I just need some input from other users.

Ticket #1
• Summary: Bluetooth mouse not working
• Reporter: CEO
• Business Reason: I've a lot of reports to do and the bluetooth mouse of the laptop is not working
• Description: Bluetooth mouse seems not to respond
• User Priority: High
• People affected: Only Me
Ticket #2
• Summary: My phone is not working
• Reporter: Customer Support User
• Business Reason: I can't answer calls
• Description: I can't log into VoIP software and I can't answer calls
• User Priority: Medium
• People affected: Only Me

• Summary: Operations dashboard not working

• Business Reason: We can't process payments
• Description: We can't log into operations dashboard
