Supported video cards assassins creed 2

Hello,
Can assassin's creed 2 run in my pc?
Video card:
1 gb , Nvidia Geforce 210
Memory Card:
2gb
Processor:
Intel core 2 quad q8400
My OS is WinXP SP2 but I'll change it to Win7 32-bit if needed.
About my Video card,if it can't handle this game.Can you recommend me some good Nvidia video cards?

2GB is still plenty for windows xp (though to have 4GB of RAM considered as mainstream right now but you're going to need 64bit OS to utilize all the RAM). for the graphic card, yes you're going to need something better than your current one if you really have gaming in mind. what is your monitor resolution?
