Supporter 1.8 ?

There's a program called Supporter 1.8 on my PC, i don't know how it got there but now i can't remove it? When i go into control panel to try and remove it just says that it can't be removed because it can't find the files?

From a simple google search it appears to be adware. I'd run scans.

I did run scans, the file could not be removed after i finished the scan either.

Did you run the scans in safe mode? Did you have the scan remove the files?

That's the thing, there's nothing the scans can do to remove the files. It just says that they can't be removed because the scan can't find the files when i press the remove button. But i i'm in the middle of re-installing windows because of some bloatware that's on it. I will make another post if i run into any other problems, thanks.
