Just simple question. Will support GTX 650 DirectX12? When yes, I will just have to download some update or buy new one graphic card? Thanks.

Solution
It depends on how you look at it. The 650 only has full DX11 support, but through a part of DirectX called "feature levels," your DX11 card will be able to run programs/games built on DX12 that target DX11 hardware as a baseline. Put more simply, you only have DX12 support if the DX12 app you want to run allows older hardware. If you want true DX12 support, you have to get a new graphics card. For all the bells and whistles of DX12 (feature level 12.1), you'll need a GeForce 980 Ti or Titan X, which are prohibitively expensive for most people at over $600 USD for a 980 Ti. Since those are the only cards at the moment that support all DX12 features, developers are much more likely to aim for feature level 12.0, found in Radeon R7/R9/Fury...
