I have been searching Google for a good while now, but I cant seem to find what I am looking for. As for the naval some, I want something less sim and more arcade, yet not exactly battlestations. Like you control the speed and primary weapons of the ship, but don't have to micromanage everything. I guess the same guidelines go for the tank sim, but a little more open. I like some of the titles I have heard, but some seem too complex. The one interesting me the most is T34 vs Tiger. The thing scaring me off is the intense realism. Also, if possible I can control the driver seat and gunner at once. I had leaving the driving/gunning to AI.

So do I. It is kida the reason I want a good tank sim, just to take WoT to a new level, because I am kinda done with it just because I got tired of it, and how I wasn't really getting anywhere level/tank wise.

For those requiring a naval sim, i found my needs satisfied in Enigma: Crimson Tide. It's a alternative history WW2 naval game that you can control a sub, corvette, destroyer-escort, or destroyer in a few missions. Pretty good for a little while. I am about to try T-34 vs Tiger, but not sure how I will like it.

I bought Panzer Killer but its very arcade-ish. I had one that plays on Windows 98, 2000, Millineum but I don't think it'll play on XP. It's called Steel Beasts and its an actual tank sim. You can play either a German Leopold or M-1 Abrahms.
Aiming is a nightmare and requires lasing your target, using armor piercing or sabot rounds. You can play in several different views...3rd person, outside or inside as the driver or commander

That's another one I was considering. The original Steel Beasts is horrible, but they released a new version that supposedly is better, yet costs a *** ton of money (>$80).
