Surface pro 2: latency/audio stutter/input lag

My surface pro 2 started having audio stutters and input lags ever since the last update. I searched the internet but found nothing that helps.

Latencymon tells me it's wdf01000.sys, so likely a driver. Tried to locate the faulty driver but couldn't find it.

Can someone help me?

The possible drivers that is causing those BSOD's with your laptop are the Touchpad, Display and Wifi adapter. Here are some troubleshooting steps that may help.
- Start by uninstalling/reinstall those drivers that maybe causing the problem.
- Go to Device Manager and uninstall those drivers.
- Once uninstalled, reboot your laptop and it should reinstall the drivers automatically.
- If it will not work, do run System Restore. Restore the PC back to an earlier date or time when everything was still running properly.

-If System Restore will not work then last option would be to reinstall Windows 10.
