Hi everyone.
I am trying to not freak out, but my Surface Pro 3 was working fine for the first half of yesterday. Left it alone while I was doing housework for several hours. Noted that it remained awake, as it should have. When I came back last night, it would not return from hibernation.
I have tried the 30 second press and hold on the power button. I have tried the 15 press and hold on the volume and power. Nothing on both. The light on the power supply connector remains illuminated when plugged in. I have no devices connected (including the keyboard--in case it was causing any problems).
The only detail to point out is that when I attempt to power it up, I get a single flash from the connector light at seven seconds. If I continue to depress the power button, it will flash once approximately every seven seconds.
This machine is my second brain, so I have to be able to access what I have stored in the memory, so I would appreciate any advice that you folks have.
