Hi Guys
when i log in into my surface pro 4. the screen goes black for 2 minutes then the desktop shows up. I can use ctrl+alt+del and log off and login it works but sometimes it doesn't.
Also sometimes the taskbar freezes for a couple of minutes then it loads. i am not sure why this is happening.
Now my anti-virus is coming with turned off when i haven't even touched it. I only updated it, then it came up with that.
Also when I open word documents that my teachers have put up, it take forever to open, while my documents which i make open instantly. Also it makes templates everytime i open one from internet for my studies
