My Surface Pro 4 (i5, 8gb ram, 256 gb) keeps turning off after it's been powered on for only about 15 minutes. The computer freezes, and immediately the screen goes black. After that, the device won't power on for another 15 minutes, no matter how long I hold the power button for.
I tried reinstalling windows, and it was still turning off after being on for 15 minutes. I had to reboot it 5 times, until it eventually made it through the installation process. Any ideas as to what the problem is, or how to find out? Thanks!
