Hi this is a very odd problem. I was playing resident evil 4 original version not hd remaster on my surface pro 4 i5 4 GB ram for about 2 hrs when the screen started flickering.after I exited the game the screen still flickered showing a ghost of the re4 menu screen. I have uninstalled the game restarted several times, updated the Intel 520 drivers nothing works. My screen still flickers showing fine glimpse of the re4 menu screen.any idea what the hell this is?

Solution
The glimpse of the RE4 menu is a little different but, unfortunately, the flickering issue is a known problem with the SP4.

Unfortunately, there is no known fix for the problem.

Prior patch updates were attempted to fix, but didn't actually fix anything (may have delayed it somewhat).

Lots of suggestions out there for attempted solutions, ranging from scaling to disabling Hyper-V.

I use a SP4 for work, and the issue is only present when things are idle (reading something etc) - but I've been dealing with it for months now...
