Surface Pro X LTE Connectivety opinions

I am contemplating purchasing a Surface Pro X w/LTE. I am specifically interested in Cellular Service and basically LTE service success in general. All opinions requested with actual exprience requested. I am visually impaired and contemplating a portable laptop for both computing and Cellular.
