Surface RT stuck on reverting changes screen.

So i was installing like 42 updates to the Surface RT and the tablet restarts and then it starts saying "Failure configuring Windows updates Reverting changes"
it has been saying this for quite a while, I'd day about 20 minutes.
Should it be taking this long?
If it is stuck... how can i fix this?

wait for a hour if it doesn't restarted .. I've tested it nothing happened
