Question surge protector sparking to 2nd outlet

i have this 1 week old surge protector from dollarama and i usually plug in only my 65 watt three prong laptop charger and my 120 volt alarm clock and then a phone using a 120-240 volt 10 watt ipad block but when i plug in the laptop charger it sparks all the way (occasionly) to the outlet beside it and the ac/dc adapter makes this humming noise that sounds like a garbage disposal but muffled (btw the way the power strip uses thin bent metal to transfer the electricity)

these apc surge protector will be better then the one you have they also have a warranty so choose the model that will fill your need .

I think I see the problem.

nvm i found out the issue, its the laptop charger cuz i got this sunbeam 3 outlet wall tap and when i plug in any other stuff it dont spark but only when i plug in the latop charger it sparks
