I am wondering if this is ok protection for my gaming pc with a 650w psu, and what is the max wattage that this SP can handle?
Also need some info on the "$250,000 equipment warranty"

Although it is not the best, that is more than enough for your application. Usually, a higher joules rating and better MOV grade/design makes the power strip more expensive.
