Surgestions for good solid routers.

Need some Surgestions for routers capable of wired and wireless connectivity also wireless band needs to be 2.4ghz with options for 5ghz also need over 100mbs speeds.

Your requirement can be met by almost any dual band N600 or better router. What price range ?
When you say "over 100Mbit speed" do you mean WAN speed or wireless speed? Those are fairly different requirements.

Your wireless speed is determined not only by your router but by the wireless NIC in each device connecting to it.

The extra cost for an AC over an N router isn't usually justified. The RT-N66U is an N900 class router. It is capable of 3 150Mbit streams to a single client in either 2.4Ghz or 5Ghz. So the real world throughput is 100Mbit or better if you have a 3 stream client.
