Perfectly decent posts deleted because I uttered my dislike for a company
and sited the equipment problem. WHY?

It's interesting who some moderators ally themselves with.

Comp.periphs.printers is not a moderated newsgroup.

I believe this is an unmoderated group, so I suspect the problem was
either a flaw or something wrong with your ISP.

Believe me, if this was a moderated group, there rae a few people who
would not be allowed to post at all and sadly they are all still here! ;-)

Because your computer is probably setup to delete newsgroup massages
from itself after they reach a certain age. Otherwise they will just
accumulate and accumulate and accumulate. You should be able to set it
to keep them on your machine if you want to. If you search google
groups I'm sure you will find the full glory of your messages still
there.
