Hi all

I am Gaurav. I have impliment SUS service with the client
update using group policy. I want to know if i am
deplyoing windows update using froup policy then at the
time of installing update my logged on user should have
the local adminitrtive priveladge or it is not required.

Hi
Your user do not need to have administrative
previlages if in domain group policy "Auto Downalod and
schedule the install" option No 4 is slected .Otherwise
your user needs administrative previlage.

Bear in Mind Guarav that the systems would have to be retarted for the downloaded patches to be effective using option 4.
