Specs;
Gigabyte p5 gaming x99 ----6 months old
intel 5820 i7 --- 6 months old
2666 Vengeance LPX ddr4- 6 months old
Corsair RM750x=under 6 months old running fine
390x- 2 days old running fine

problem started about 2 weeks ago but was evident 4 months ago with slow boot load

usbs would turn off and screen wouldn't display slow boot time and will always crash on windows screen

heres the thing it occasionally boots for upto 24 hours before same thing happens
disabled power saving modes

when i did get a screen i ran memtest 64 passes no ram faults

2 diff psus first time interchanged it booted for 24 hours without any problems then shutdown on a different psu

intechanged graphic card same problem 5870 to 390x

swapped hdds and installed win 7 win 8 and win 8.1 and win 10 same problem on 3 different hdds then disconnected them

cleared cmos pins and batttery

updated bios same problems checked hdds config its all good and mem speed xmp ect always goes into bios and saves settings when i get a screen

here something odd ive never seen though on 2 different psu's when disconnecting the power to the watercooling unit it booted and i got a screen but would still crash on windows, i was thinking a short so i changed the psu but it holds power fine and voltages in bios look good.

ya reckon its a dead mobo thoughts?

Solution
I would completely reassemble the system first while paying attention to the liquid loop.
Also would try to disconnect anything that is not must and see what happens on the default bios settings.
May be try less memory sticks or different slots for memory.
