For several months now, my PC has had an issue where I need to flip the power switch on and off between 25 and 5,000+ times (no exaggeration) in order to get it to boot when it shuts down. The obvious solution to this is to just keep my PC on all the time. However, this started to fail about a month or two ago. At this point in time, my PC started completely shutting down while playing certain games, or on occasion even from watching Twitch. I suspect this is a PSU issue, but I don't know how to troubleshoot it or what else it could be. Any advice?
