Suspected spyware

Hello,
i have a free aol mail account. lately i noticed that the aol account sends messages on its own. Kaspersky 2011 finds nothing infected

AOL will send emails to the user account occasionally notifying you of changes to the account, etc. for example. This type of email email would be addressed to you, not sent by you.

these emails have random recipients that contains this link http://ElsaSturchio0671.myftp.biz

has anyone seen this/ know how to get rid of it?

anyone have a solution? to find and eliminate whatever this is?
