Suspicious recently accessed documents

2 of the most potentially sensitive documents on my computer suddenly show in my recently accessed documents. 1 is an old PW reference list and other contains all the computer specs and hardware configurations. I havnt had cause or reason to open either in a long time, and they are not exactly easy to open since are written in an older version of MS Works. While the info is out of date Im quite distraught about it since noone could have used my computer.

Sometimes certain programs and utilities on your machine "access" the documents without you realizing it. If you are seriously concerned/worried I would change the log in password to your machine (network or local) and run a utility like Malwarebyte Antimalware to scan for malicious activity.
