Suttering/PC freezing when gaming

Okay so I upgraded from x99 deluxe to x99 strix and when i played CSGO i noticed it stuttered a bit. It did not feel smooth at all. Every other game would run perfectly. Also sometimes when playing codol or pubg my pc would freeze. The RGB on the keyboard would also freeze. I was then told to clean install windows, which i then did. I got on CSGO after I installed it again and it started stuttering again. I havent played codol or pubg to say if that freezes the PC but I do not know how to fix this issue. My CPU is a 6800k, my GPU is a Titan X. Please help me fix this issue.

This is a very strange case here - there could be multiple issues here -
Make sure that you are playing on the recommended resolution, and that all drivers are up to date.
Open task manager and see what your CPU usage and disk usage hits, with what you were saying on the RGB freezing as well, it very well could just be your whole PC hitting a spike of lag...
