SVCD or VCD samples

Hello,

Can somebody please tell me where to find VCD and SVCD samples online for me
to download, burn and try on my DVD? Been to videohelp.com links don't work.
If not, does anyone have some samples they can send me somehow or put up for
me to download? I appreciate the help.
