svchost.exe constantly 25% CPU on boot

a svchost.exe is taking 25-30% of my CPU but within task/resource manager or command prompt nothing appears to be associated with it.
wuauserv doesn't appear to be running, i ran a couple malware scans but I can't seem to find anything else about it

Solution
Click on view & choose show process tree. It should show you whats running under it. Under mine is searchUI,, shellexperiencehost (your desktop), runtime broker & Skypehost but they are all suspended (grey), as well as settingsynchost

I decided if i was going to tell people to use this program, I might as well myself

If its search taking it all, try rebuilding the index: https://www.tekrevue.com/tip/how-to-solve-windows-search-issues-index-rebuild/

still doesnt look like anything's running under it unlike the other instances

is this a fresh install of win 10 or an upgrade? Fresh install could fix this.

did the viruscheck feature it has on it and it looked like it did have something on it my other programs didn't pick up, installed one of those and looks like that fixed it, at least for now anyway. thanks for the help :)
