svchost.exe - Going up to 500.000K Memory

Recently i installed Windows 7 64-bit and i'm dealing with this svchost that turns my pc into a lag maker. I followed some threads and i disabled some services but now it's worse. Before disabling them svchost wouldn't go more than 100-150.000k but now it's going to 500.000K and more ( last night it was at 860.000K. [strike]Also, i'm dealing with another problem that i have no sound.
Guess it's a cause of disabling some services that i shouldn't. I tried to enable them but when i try to start the Windows Audio says : Windows could not start the Windows Audio on Local Computer. Error 1068: The dependency group failed to start.[/strike]

Forget about the sound problem, i fixed it by enabling Multimedia Class Scheduler, but i still need a solve to svchost.exe
