I've been experiencing this problem long time ago but it decided to solve it once for all.
I know that is a common problem, i've researched in may pages but with unsatisfactory results.

So the svchost is taking up to 50% of cpu usage from time to time
I scanned malwarebytes and everything is clear.

Could it be windows updater?
Because it does not happen everyday

More info:
These are the services that are running:

Pid 1068 of svchost.exe

wdusystehost
uxsms
trkwks
SYsmain (superfetch
Netman
AudioenpointBuilder
Pcasvc

(EDIT)

PC SPECS:

Win7 32-bits

Amd Athlon IIx2 3.00ghz
Ati Radeon HD 7700 series
Hdd SATA II
4gb Ram

All drivers updated, using malwarebytes and I've already done a full scan

Solution
Sounds like you got it figured out. :) If your not passing audio through your Radeon card, you shouldn't need the ATI HD audio drivers anyways.
First of all, thanks for reply

I've thought about doing that, because it was posted in many threads related to this problem,
But i wonder if superfetch is the one to blame because i've read that in win7 that service was corrected

If anybody else finds another solution I will try that

I couldn't say, I'm just saying that the Fix-it tool fixed my particular network problem on the computer I was fixing. The tool will scan your PC for problems pertaining to Windows OS files, and attempt to correct them. It looks for a variety of potential problems(network, Windows update/firewall not working, ect). Might be worth a look. Since this has going on for a while as you mentioned, and the fixes don't seem to work, maybe time for a Windows re-install....
