i7 4790k 4ghz
980ti
1tb blue hd
250gb ssd
16gigs corsair ram
Msi Gaming 5 mobo
I'm currently in a big dilemma as my svchost is acting up (well i think so). whenever i start my pc up its all fine and dandy but after around 2 or 3 mins the wuauserv kicks in and uses up a lot of memory and makes my pc fluctuate in temps rapidly which is annoying. I have tried everything i possibly can from online as stated here

i also used this script which has reset my wuauserv (yet doesnt stop it) but turned off windows updates completely even when i turn them back on then restart the pc it turns it off again. here is the script
net stop wuauserv
net stop bits
rd /s /q %windir%\softwaredistribution
net start bits
net start wuauserv
wuauclt.exe /detectnow
how on earth do i make windows update automatically again !? but thats another problem! windows gets stuck on "Checking for updates" anyway
here are all the pics. if anyone has any idea i will be very grateful. 
Temps idle before this happened: 25c - 30c. Temps during wuauserv: 30c - 45c.
