svchost is using up all of my internet

I have two computers running windows 10 and they are both constantly downloading under host process for windows services and its coming from svchost, and one them is using upwards of 8gb a month which is unacceptable on my 30gb monthly limit. I've tried disabling background intelligent transfer service as per what other sites have been saying but it isnt working.

i assume you done AV scans to make sure its not a virus using your space.

have you looked in settings/update & security/windows update - Advanced options
Choose how updates are delivered
Turn Updates from more than one place off
choose PC's on my local network below

that would stop PC serving updates to other places
