svchost taking cpu and hdd usage a lot

I've got win 8.1 and recently when i boot up laptop, hdd usage goes up 100% and stays there , sometimes it stops, sometimes it doesnt. Cpu also takes 20/30% always while in idle.

I disabled win update and every stuff i end up finding on internet that caused problem and i end up with this list http://i.imgur.com/c2H6JLK.png

Do you guys know what might be the problem?

Enable Win update(and never disable it again) and update windows to the day.

A much better alternative would be for you to upgrade to WIN 10:
Download the Media Creation Tool from here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10/
Run it and select upgrade now(as opposed to creating a usb drive or ISO)
