Question Swapped out PSU, get boot screen and POST but no OS

Hi, my computer started shutting off randomly while I was using it and eventually just died so I swapped out the PSU. The PSU isn't new but was working on another system, after doing this the first time I booted it everything seemed fine and I even got to the windows login screen for a few seconds before it cut out and went blank. Now when I start the computer I get the boot screen, can get to the BIOS but never to the OS. I have tried multiple monitors. display cables and made sure the hard drive is connected. Any suggestions on what to do next? Thanks! For reference it's a acer tc-780

Make and model of the PSU that you had prior in the prebuilt and the make and model of the PSU that you swapped it out with? Include the age of the swapped in PSU as well. Seems like your OS might be corrupt. What OS were you working with to speak of?
