So, Some back story, I bought a Prebuilt from Best Buy while I saved money to upgrade it. I eventually swapped out all the parts, So it's a completely new system. Well, the ONE thing i didn't change was the original drive. I just added new drives. So, now all of the old parts are finally being put back into a new case, and I bought a 2TB hdd and it will not signal. It boots, everything on the inside works, spins, etc. The original computer/motherboard has Windows 10, So what do I do in order to get it to signal? And please elaborate acronyms etc. because I am only familiar with hardware. Not software or terms or functions etc. Thanks!

More Information:
I have tried taking out 1 RAM stick.
Sata is in slot 0 of 6.
To my knowledge, all hardware is functioning.
I have never removed the CPU or CPU Cooler from the motherboard.

Ok, I spent the last hour or two troubleshooting the computer, here are my successes and conclusions so far.
1. I got the computer to signal. I did a BIOS reset and it booted. But now I am prompted with the, "Reboot and select proper boot device". Well, I only have 1 Hard Drive in the computer. So out of common sense, I select that one and leave BIOS, only to be prompted with it again. I've done the whole UEFI/Legacy troubleshooting. I feel like this maybe because I don't have windows "Installed"?. The Hard drive was just taken from the packaging and put into the computer. I know that Windows ID tag things or whatever generally stick to the Motherboard, and it did have Windows. Do i just need to Install Windows or is it a bit deeper...

Disk Management? The Computer Won't Signal on the Monitor. Like, it doesn't show the "GIGABYTE" Boot screen or anything. it isn't outputting anything to the monitor.

Oh.
Not displaying anything on the monitor?

Well, what was the last thing you did before this happened? I see some parts being replaced and whatnot...
Well, All of the parts were in a pre-built. I then swapped the parts slowly, until they all sat on a table. I bought a case and a 2TB HDD and built it. I have now tried putting the SATA cable in different slots, along with doing some RAM reorganization from another post. Seeing if that would help, but to no conclusion.

So...power ON shows nothing on the monitor?

Are you sure the monitor cable is plugged in to the right place?

A full list of ALL your parts would help here.

Windows 10 Home
AMD FX 6300 3.5ghz CPU
16GB DDR3 Memory
AMD Radeon RX 560 2GB GPU
The Motherboard is not listed, though it is GIGABYTE

The new HDD i am trying to install is a WD Blue 2TB 7200rpm HDD

So, you've put all these parts in a new case, correct?
Power UP, and nothing appears on the monitor?

Start here, and go through ALL the steps.

Right.
That brand new drive has nothing on it.
You need to install the operating system.
