Okay so i upgraded psu's and cpu coolers yesterday and my pc didn't turn on or even post afterwards. At the moment I've completely torn everything down, tried the steps posted here. Checked my psu's with a jumper they both turn on and will power my perifpherals. After the initial attempt to boot i noticed a burned smell which is also why i tore it apart, smell was coming from my new corsair h110i gt pump. Could this have possibly fried my mobo? I'm at a loss at the moment, nothing i do seems to work and i have a feeling my mobo is out.

Update: So i got ahold of a speaker for my motherboard, and got into contact with asrock support. None of the steps produced any results so it's an rma boo :/. The odd thing was the heatsink fan would just nudge barely when i attached the 24pin connector and that's all boo.
