Swapped PSU'S now I have a problem

I just swapped out my old Ultra 450w ATX power supply for a new OCZ600MXSP in anticipation of my new graphics card.The issue I'm having is now none of my USB ports are working and I'm getting no signal to my display.The fans spin up but that's it,I can't access BIOS or anything.I put the old 1 back in and everything worked.Ive tried removing the CMOS battery to no avail,I've made sure all connections are solid.I am flat out confused.

System Specs are
GPU Pentium G3258
Mobo Gigabyte GA-H81M-S2H
SSD A Sata 120
No HDD
GPU GTX 760
