Swapping boot drives

I currently have my PC that is has 3 drives.... The boot drive a ssd 250gb and two 1tb drives for storage..I would like to move those 3 drives to my brothers PC (better hardware than mine) and move his drive into my PC so that it is still usable.. Would this be possible we are both Windows 10 MSI Mobos and AMD Processors.

W10 is pretty tolerant, it might work. For other disks it doesn't matter.
