Heyo, if my PC currently has a GeForce GTX 960 installed, do you think it can handle a GeForce GTX 1060 ?

Shouldn't be an issue at all. Just to be sure, what's your PSU make/model?

You should also confirm the length of the 1060 isn't longer than your 960, and if it IS, then check your case's website and see what's the maximum length GPU supported.
