Swapping Hdd between 2 laptop and keep OS

ok i want to swap my HDD from Laptop 1 to Laptop 2 because Laptop 2 is more powerfull but doesnt have an HDD in it and i dont want to lose my OS in that HDD ( i dont mind about the files)

How do i do that?? is that a possible thing??
i saw something about Sysprep but i dont konw how that work

In addition to it almost certainly not booting up in the new laptop, it will also fail to activate.
The Windows license in the old laptop is almost certainly an OEM license. As such, tied to that original system.

What OS is it specifically?

OK.
To protect the Win 10 license, Read and do this before you change any parts:

It will still need a new install on the new laptop, but you'll be able to activate the Win 10 again.
