Question Swapping PC Cases

I want to upgrade my GPU for my PC, but my case is too small. I currently have a GTX 1050 with a single fan and I would like to get a GTX 1060 or greater which will have two fans at least and it won't fit into the case. I'm thinking about getting NZXT 500i and doing a case swap, but the Lubin motherboard has a custom size (20.5x22.0 cm (8.1x8.7 in)) and I was wondering if it will cause any fitting problems when I case swap? I have an HP Pavilion so please note that the website says the power supply is 180 watts, but that was the first thing I swapped out and I currently have 600-watt bronze rated EVGA PSU, so there should be no power issues.
