Swapping SSDs in

I've got a dedicated 24/7 Windows 10 computer I used as a weather station. I'm thinking of replacing it with a new computer.

Just want to verify your question, do you want to replace the SSD of your laptop? If you're planning on replacing or using the SSD of your PC yes you can use it with a new laptop as well.
