I'm thinking about building a deck around the combination of Sway of
the Stars and Worldgorger Dragon, which would leave my opponent with no
permanents and seven life, while I would have a full life total. Any
suggestions for a deck?

One: I suggest you read Sway of the Stars again. Nowhere on it does it say
it affects "each player other than you". If it resolves, your life total
becomes seven right along with everyone else's.

If you still want to build the deck go ahead, but there's no way to make
Sway of the Stars -only- affect certain players selectively. It's certainly
possible to "hide" your permanents with the Dragon before you cast the Sway,
and if you do the Dragon's being shuffled into your deck gets you your
permanent cards back - but the Dragon doesn't say anything about life totals.

err... I think I had a brain fart when I was writing that

I did mean the permanent hiding aspect of it.

Though... I could do the life total thing with say... Soulgorger Orgg,
or whatever it was called.

Any suggestions?
