Hello!

So, I found putting the stock cooler over my CPU to be a difficult and terrifying task. As a result, my hands ended up sweating over the back over the motherbaord. I was mainly holding the backplate, however, I'm worried that some sweat might have made its way to the motherboard, especially when I let go of the mobo. I used a torch and checked the motherboard, and it looked all clear to me. I then virtually wiped only the backplate with a tissue, and without thinking much, continued as usual.

Now, after doing some Googling, I am starting to get pretty worried about this sweat causing shorts to my computer. I've basically finished the PC assembly now, and it thus would be painful to take the motherboard out again to have another look. Maybe it's my anxiety talking, but I keep worrying that the motherboard was not dry enough. I'm not going to be turning the PC on until tomorrow.

What do you guys think of the situation?
Would this be enough time for the motherboard to adequately dry?

Thank you!
