Hey:) just installed my first water cooling kit and have to admit it was the most fun i have had with my pc for a long time:)

I run a ds3 with an e6600 at 3.3ghz, unfortunatley I have a bad ds3 and cant seem to reach over a 366 fsb, However thats beside the point.

Im impressed by the watercooling kit, my cpu under load never goes over 40 degrees, where as on air at the same speed it ran at 60 degrees.

However my nb, with the swiftech nb water block under load with the water cooling kit is 57 degrees identical to what i had with the stock hsf.

I have checked that its mounted correctly and it is. Im just wondering if others have had a similar experience, is the nb waterblock just bad?

ANy ideas appreciated:)

What makes you think its a bad motherboard and not a non-persistent user?

It does seems awfully high... and there isnt much you can do about it if its mounted correctly...
Get rid or it and get mini HS with heatpipes for the NB. That'll give you even better temps for the CPU.
