Swiftech H220 vs H320

I'm putting together a build for video/photo editing as well as high end gaming. My question is, is it worth buying an H320 over the H220? Will there be significantly more overclocking headroom and better temps or is it not really worth it? My cpu is an i7-4930k on an ASUS x79 Deluxe motherboard in the Corsair Obsidian 450D, so I have room for either cooler.

There won't be much of a performance difference.

Get the H220.

The 320 will run quieter at the same temperatures, if acoustics matter to you. You'll get a slightly better temperature, too. But it's up to you whether the maybe 10% better cooling and noise is worth the ~20% price increase.
