Swiftech H240 + 980Ti SLI?

I want the simplicity of a closed loop upgradeable system so would it be possible to water cool a CPU, and 2 980Ti cards with a swiftech h240? I would assume I'd need another radiator - which leads me to another question: if radiators are always supposed to be exhaust and I have two radiators then how the hell do I get any cool air coming in?

Case is a Corsair Air 540 so it would be radiator top exhaust and radiator front exhaust for gpus

rads dont have to be exhaust i actually have mine pulling air in through them

and a h240x pump should be able to cope i would think would need another 120mm or 240mm rad

and i use 2 pumps just in case one fails
