I have a Phantom 530 case with a Kraken X60 and I've been considering swapping the Kraken for a Swiftech H240X but I'm concerned it might not fit. Does anyone have this cooler and case or maybe provide some insight as if it will fit or not? Also, from the looks of it with the H240 I should see a bit of a drop in temps.

H240X Rad dimensions: 290mm x 140mm x 115mm
Kraken X60 dimensions: 138.4 (W) x 312.5 (H) x 27.0 (D) mm
P530: Some reviews claim radiators up to 360mm

If you have a x60 installed now I don't see any reason it would not fit. It's just been released so reviews are not out yet, I don't think you would see drastic temp changes but you should see better ones than with the x60 for sure. Thing is with the 240x you can add another rad if you really want to chill things out, that is the real beauty of this unit, expandability.
You have the dimensions of it and your case at hand, just measure it for clearance, perhaps I don't understand the question?

would be interesting to see the temp difference between an x60 and it as both are 280 rad. Yet the 240 has a better rad and better pump and I think better CPU block.

I'm actually out to sea for the next week and a half which is why I am asking. plan on ordering it now so when I return to port I can pick up my parts. My other biggest thing is performance wise and what kind of temp drop i can expect. The h240 is in stock and if I am to see a good decrease in temps I wanna pick it up ASAP.
