What is the meaning of swipe in the instructions below:

Assuming this is phone based instructions or a touchscreen, the gesture of placing your finger onto the desired account to take out of the service and use your finger on the screen to move from right to the left to initiate the popup.

From Oxford Dictionary:

"a swipe to the right archives or deletes the message"
