The failure rates aren't too useful indeed, the RMA delays are certainly nice to know - ASRock was already a favourite brand of mine (their AM4 B450M Pro4 motherboard is a splendid illustration of cheap & sturdy yet all essentials are covered), I'll buy more stuff from them from now on.
