[SOLVED] Switch Out of S Mode

Bummer, she is 79 newly widowed. Tried Zoho and Zoom, will not allow me to help her.
Microsoft offer "Quick Assyst" tool (should be preloaded), practice it for yourself, before asking Mom to get it. It will let you get access to her desktop, and perform the steps.

OTOH - are you sure you want her access to all the downloadable BS available? What apps she's using which need non-S mode?

She told me there was a window popping up that was not allowing her to read her email. The "Windows Hello." That is what created the need to remote into her machine.

But right, don't want junk. She did an update and things may be better.

She was scammed once. Now that she is widowed, son wants to watch out for her.

I'll try the "Quick Assyst" to check on things. Thank you!
