switched cases now can't detect hard drive

Got myself a new computer tower and hard drive installed everything now I can't boot my pc just keeps saying reboot and select media boot device so I unplugged my new hard drive and having just went with my old one plugged into sata 1 as it was before but I'm still getting the error I went into bios and it isn't detecting any sata plugged in any help would be greatly appreciated

check your sata cable. I got like 4 sata cables, my cables run through tiny holes behind the mobo, get crunched up and than re-routed through tiny holes near my HD's and DVD drives, So I mix them up all the time and blah its annoying, I wish I color coated them!
