[SOLVED] Switched from gta 1050 2gb to rx5700 and the monitor wont get input

So this day I got my new gpu xfx rx5700 and when I plug everything in try to turn it on the screen won’t get signal at first I thought that I broke something during installation but when I switched to the 1050 everything works fine so I switch back to the 5700 and it still doesn’t work so when I check my computer with VNC I look at device manager and see the display diver for “ati Radeon 3000” I tried to uninstall them and get the right ones with amd Radeon software but is gives me an error when trying to install the software

Reinstall the old GPU. Remove it's drivers in safe mode (F8).
Install new GPU in safe mode. Install new drivers. They may require boot to Windows to install.
